  1. FileFix is a program which automatically turns file feeds on and off for
  2. remote boards and points.
  3.    
  4. To use FileFix, send a message in the following form:
  5.    
  6. Address it to: FileFix
  7.       Subject: Password -Q -L
  8.    
  9. The password is assigned to you by the sysop. If you do not have a
  10. password, send a private message to the sysop requesting one. Passwords
  11. are case sensitive -- don't type ALL CAPS if your password is in CAPS
  12. and lower case. You can use three switches in the message subject line
  13. after the password:

  15. -Q sends a list of available file services
  16. -L sends that same list with short descriptions of the file services
  17.    (if the sysop has written the text file)
  18. ?  brings this message
  19.    
  20. The body of the message consists of the names of file services. If you
  21. precede a name with a minus sign, it will be deleted from your file
  22. feed. If you precede it with a plus or nothing, it will be added. The
  23. following message deletes FNEWS and adds NODEDIFF and NETWORK512.

  30. FileFix will respond to messages with confirmation of its actions.
